Limitation for My Chef Bob Services

Offer Restrictions:

This offer is limited to one per household. Multiple redemptions by a single household will not be honored.

Recipe Originality and Ingredient Variations:

My Chef Bob strives to provide original and unique recipes for every service. However, due to seasonal availability or market conditions, ingredient variations may occur. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

Uniform Cooking Process:

All menu items will be cooked following a standardized process to ensure consistency and quality. Any requests for changes or modifications to the cooking process may not be accommodated.

Dietary Modifications and Additional Charges:

Any modifications to the menu to accommodate dietary intolerances or preferences will incur additional charges. Clients are responsible for clearly communicating any dietary restrictions in advance.

Menu Approval:

All menus must be pre-approved by the client. My Chef Bob will provide a proposed menu for your event, which requires your approval before any purchasing or cooking commences.

Reimbursement Communication:

Any requests for reimbursement must be communicated on the day of the event along with valid reasons. My Chef Bob is committed to ensuring client satisfaction and will consider reimbursement requests that are justified and accompanied by valid documentation or proof of purchase for ingredients.

Reimbursement and Shopping Fee:

My Chef Bob will only reimburse for the actual time spent cooking. Costs for ingredients will be reimbursed upon presentation of purchase proof, along with a shopping fee of $50.00 charged to the client.

Gratuity:

Gratuity is not included in the service price and is left to the discretion of the client based on their satisfaction with the service provided.

Preparation Time:

The time required to prepare and cook the menu can vary depending on the complexity of the dishes and the number of servings. Estimated preparation times will be provided, but actual times may vary.

Equipment and Malfunctions:

My Chef Bob is not responsible for delays or issues caused by equipment malfunctions or limitations at the cooking location. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the cooking environment is equipped and functional.

Surcharge for Large Parties:

A pre-approved surcharge will apply for parties of 6 or more. This is to accommodate the additional resources and time required to serve larger groups.

Traveling Fee for Remote Locations:

A traveling fee will be applied for services requested outside of Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg areas. This fee will be submitted for client approval prior to the event.

Liability Limitations:

My Chef Bob assumes no liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the provision of services, including but not limited to foodborne illnesses, allergic reactions, or property damage.

Force Majeure:

My Chef Bob shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or transportation delays.

Right to Refuse Service:

My Chef Bob reserves the right to refuse service to any party for reasons including but not limited to the inability to accommodate specific requests, scheduling conflicts, or concerns regarding the cooking environment or event conditions.
